Intellaire Meeting and Action Tracker (IMAT) is an in house Ticket management tool. The ticket is assigned to a concern person to address the issue, Assignee can add internal notes about the issue so everyone in the group can know the issue and the resolution status. The ticketing management system logs all communication between assignor and assignee into a single thread.
